Inventory Forklift Operator- Woodridge, IL
Location: Woodridge, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4:30PM
Pay rate: $20/hour (Temp-To-Hire)
Job Duties:
- Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks.
- Receive, verify, label, and organize incoming materials and products.
- Track inventory accurately using warehouse systems and/or paperwork.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and report shortages or overages.
- Operate Reach Truck and Cherry Picker forklifts to move and locate product.
- Pull, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely within the facility.
- Perform manual warehouse work, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and inventory processes.
Recruitment Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
- Reach Truck and Cherry Picker forklift experience required.
- Previous experience performing inventory counts or working with inventory systems preferred.
- Ability to perform manual warehouse work and lift/move materials as required.
- Comfortable working on a forklift at various heights.
- Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter inventory information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inventory discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
