Turret / Order Picker Forklift  – Warehouse

Midway Staffing is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator for a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of turret truck (swing reach) experience and a strong focus on safety and accuracy. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for long-term stability and career growth.

Location: Wind Gap, PA
Schedule: Friday & Saturday 6am - 4:30 pm - Occasional OT 
Pay rate: $18:50 - $19 per hour

Duties:

• Operate turret or order picker forklift  safely to move, stack, and retrieve products in high-bay racking

• Accurately pick and stage orders based on work instructions

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of turret truck (swing reach) or cherry picker operating experience in a warehouse

• Must be able to pass a Turret/Order Picker skills test during the interview process

• Steel-toe shoes required

• Comfortable working at heights

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail, safety, and accuracy

• Dependable and team-oriented
