Bilingual Production Supervisor

Midway Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and lead a large manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Location: Mesquite, TX 75149
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $45,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience

Duties:

• Promote safe work practices and address safety concerns or incidents appropriately.
• Monitor fabrication and trailer assembly processes to maintain high-quality production.
• Verify component specifications and perform periodic quality checks.
• Maintain tool inventory and ensure proper tools are being used.
• Coordinate with supervisors and leads to prepare for upcoming production.
• Support problem-solving and root-cause initiatives within the department.
• Monitor, review, and report production results to management.
• Analyze production schedules, work orders, charts, and reports to evaluate production output.
• Interview potential new-hire candidates and assist with onboarding.
• Assign positions and ensure employees are properly trained and cross-trained.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase quality and production efficiency.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and feedback to employees.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in production and manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading and supervising a team of 50–75+ employees.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze production schedules, work orders, charts, and reports.
• Experience with employee training, onboarding, and cross-training.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus.
