Manufacturing Operator
Location: North Aurora, IL Schedule:
1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Saturdays as needed; overtime is mandatory)
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 
Job Summary
The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by safely operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure products are produced efficiently. This role plays an important part in meeting production goals by following established procedures, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent manufacturing processes.
Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
Inspect finished products and conduct quality checks to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and company guidelines.
Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor.
Accurately complete production records, logs, and required documentation.
Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and production line setup as needed.
Ability to use hand and power tools, including measuring instruments
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each shift.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, or different shifts as needed.
