Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Possible Fridays as needed)
Pay: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems, along with experience in wiring and motor rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Work with wiring systems, including motor connections and rotation verification
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with wiring, motors, and motor rotation
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Requirements

• Steel-toe safety shoes required
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed (including occasional Fridays)
