NOW HIRING: WAREHOUSE WORKER

Location: Hampshire, IL
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday ( some Saturdays) 
Start Time: Between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM- Until Production is complete.
Overtime: Sundays may be available with employee and manager approval.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Worker will support daily warehouse operations by palletizing, labeling, reboxing, loading and unloading trucks, and moving pallets using an electric pallet jack or forklift. Employees may work in cooler or freezer areas. Freezer suits and gloves are provided for freezer assignments.

Essential Duties

  • Sort, pack, palletize, and dispose of pallets as needed
  • Safely load and unload trailers
  • Relabel cases and pallets
  • Rebox products and restack cases or pallets
  • Move materials using an electric pallet jack or forklift
  • Assist with general warehouse and manual labor duties
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

  • Up to three years of warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of warehouse practices and procedures
  • Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines
  • Strong attention to safety and product quality
  • Ability to work effectively under direct supervision
  • Forklift or electric pallet jack experience is preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Must be comfortable working in cooler or freezer environments

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced warehouse setting
  • Cooler temperatures of approximately 35°F
  • Possible freezer assignments
  • Freezer suits and gloves are provided
