Fulfillment Specialist 1

Midway Staffing is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist 1 for a warehouse opportunity in Perris, CA. This position is responsible for accurately and safely processing inventory, fulfilling orders, assembling kits, receiving inventory, and preparing materials for shipment while following all safety and quality standards.

Location: Perris, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay rate: $18 per hour

Duties:

• Process inventory, fulfill orders and inquiries, assemble custom kits, and receive inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Lift and carry items weighing 35–40 lbs. regularly and up to 51 lbs. occasionally, including at shoulder height.
• Operate pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, binders, and other warehouse equipment and tools.
• Load, unload, and move carts or pallets weighing up to 1,500 lbs.; build boxes, collate and insert materials, stuff and seal envelopes, and prepare shipments.
• Accurately record information in documents and software applications while identifying errors and taking action to maintain quality and productivity.
• Follow all Iron Mountain procedures, safety standards, written and verbal instructions, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and safely lift and move materials as required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Positive and respectful attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Protective footwear is required and must meet ASTM F2413-11 safety-toe standards with a slip-resistant rating designated as “Better” or “Best.”
