Maintenance Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth and safe operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, hands-on, and proactive in troubleshooting and resolving issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Addison, IL
Schedule: 2nd 3pm-11pm Shift
Pay rate: $30+

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth and safe operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, hands-on, and proactive in troubleshooting and resolving issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Addison, IL
Schedule: 2nd 3pm-11pm Shift
Pay rate: $30+
Duties:
- Show ability to gabricate or modify equiment using hand tools such as saws, drills and grinders
- Detect unusual sounds from machines indicating malfunctions
- Install piping systems in pvc stainless steel and/or iron pipe
- Repair and maintain centrifugal and pneumatic pumps
- Show ability to weld metal parts with ether tig or arc
- 4+ years of Industrial Maintenance
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics systems
- Welding experince
- PLC knowledgeable is a plus
