Job Description
Janitorial – Cleaner
We are seeking dependable and hardworking associates to join our team as Cleaners in a fast-paced industrial facility. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing general janitorial and housekeeping duties throughout the facility.
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $14.00/hr + $1.00 Attendance Incentive
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout the facility
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop carpets and hard-surface floors
- Dust furniture, vents, light fixtures, blinds, and other surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Empty trash and waste receptacles throughout the facility
- Clean windows and other designated areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
