General Labor

Midway Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated General Labor Associates to join our production team. This position supports daily operations including material handling, machine assistance, and maintaining a clean, safe workenvironment.

Location: Hobart, IN
Shift: 3PM-11:30PM
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Responsibilities

• Assist with machine operation and production tasks
• Load, stack, and move materials as needed
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Previous warehouse/production experience is a plus, but not required
