Customer Service Representative

Midway Staffing is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a 1st-shift opportunity in St. Louis, MO. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoys assisting customers and working in a professional environment.

Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday off)
Pay Rate: $19/hour

Duties:

• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with orders, account information, and general customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
• Follow company procedures and maintain a professional work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional and courteous service.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work the assigned Monday–Friday schedule.
