Warehouse Associate

Are you dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Midway Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates in North Haven, CT. This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who are comfortable with order picking, packing, product assembly, RF scanning, and physically demanding work.

Location: North Haven, CT 06473
Schedule: Thursday–Saturday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Start Date: October 1, 2026

Duties

• Perform order picking, packing, and product assembly.
• Use handheld RF scanners and warehouse management equipment.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while completing assigned tasks.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Handle and move warehouse products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates and supervisors.
• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable using or learning handheld RF scanners.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work the full Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must complete and pass a simple math test provided by the client.
