ASSEMBLY OPERATOR – ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Location: Pingree Grove, IL
Pay range : $17-17.50
Schedule: Monday – Friday

SHIFTS AVAILABLE

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring Assembly Operators for all three shifts to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for running scheduled production jobs, monitoring product quality, and keeping machines supplied to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run production jobs according to schedule

• Monitor parts during production to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform visual inspections and identify defects

• Accurately label cartons and prepare finished goods for shipment

• Replenish automatic machines with materials as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

• Report equipment or product issues to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
