Replenishment Associate

Replenisher

Midway Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Replenisher to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping products stocked, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring picking locations are organized and fully supplied.

Location: Hiram, GA
Schedule: Wednesday 11:00 AM until finished; Thursday through Monday 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM or until finished
Pay rate: $18.50/hr

Duties:

• Restock shelves, bins, and designated picking locations with products.

• Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed.

• Move products from storage areas to picking locations and ensure they are placed correctly.

• Move cases, totes, pallets, and other materials throughout the warehouse.

• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment as required.

• Use RF scanners or handheld devices to scan and track inventory when required.

• Identify low-stock items and communicate inventory needs to management.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

• Follow all company safety, quality, food safety, and operational procedures.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, replenishment, stocking, or material-handling experience preferred.

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move products for extended periods.

• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.

• RF scanner experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and accurately place products in designated locations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
