We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Selector to support daily warehouse operations in Lithia Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience operating a double electric pallet jack and working in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a sense of urgency.

Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

Duties:

• Operate a double electric pallet jack to safely move and transport products throughout the warehouse.

• Select and pull customer orders from floor-level and, when needed, upper warehouse locations.

• Build and secure pallets according to proper stacking procedures to prevent products from tipping or becoming damaged.

• Apply labels correctly using SOS label technology and ensure labels are facing outward.

• Stage completed pallets in the appropriate dock locations and stretch-wrap products for shipment.

• Safely transport selected products to the loading dock.

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment, including pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety and sanitation procedures.

• Meet or exceed established production and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed and work overtime, including weekends or holidays, when workload demands.

Requirements:

• 3 years of recent experience operating a double electric pallet jack - required, no exceptions.

• Previous warehouse order-picking experience required; high-reach experience is helpful.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Team lifts may be required for items weighing more than 50 lbs.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Ability to work at a fast, consistent pace while meeting production and accuracy standards.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to job duties and safety requirements.

• Basic arithmetic skills and the physical ability to perform warehouse duties throughout the shift.

• Ability and willingness to work overtime when required by workload demands.
