SUMMARY: Repack Associate
Shift: Mon-Fri : 7:30AM-4PM

Objective:
While adhering to all safety guidelines, our warehouse team members are
responsible for using RFD scanning devices, packaging correct products to order
for Tier 1 and 2 automotive customers, handling, storing, and reporting any
quality, damages or overage, and shortages to supervisor as well as finalizing
order before taking order to appropriate packing lane for inspect.
Minimum Requirements:
All team members must be able to lift 40lbs, twist, bend, walk, stand for extended
periods of time, follow all safety protocol, and always look for ways to continuously improve.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Using RDF scanner, the order packager will select a customer order from order
location, travel reach picker PIV to appropriate places in warehouse to select
appropriate part numbers and quantities for order to build kit correctly, place
parts in buckhorn, and repeat until entire order is packed.
A Successful Warehouse Team Member:
Must consistently demonstrate the company’s Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful warehouse team member must be able to
effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, they must be able to
work a flexible schedule when needed to include weekends, evenings, and
holidays.
