Record Center Specialist

Midway Staffing is hiring Record Center Specialists! This is a hands-on, physically active position involving the handling, organization, and movement of records and storage materials.

Location: Everett, WA!
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Duties:

  • Move, arrange, lift, and load boxes, bins, totes, and records weighing up to 100 lbs.

  • Process incoming and outgoing orders, read labels, and track records accurately.

  • Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners, and computer systems.

  • Load and shrink-wrap pallets and assist with loading materials onto trucks.

  • Organize records, files, books, binders, and other materials.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. independently on a regular basis.

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching throughout the shift.

  • Experience using hand carts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners, or similar material-handling equipment is preferred.

  • Ability to read labels, follow written instructions, and accurately process records and orders in English.

  • Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment with concrete floors, stairs, inclines, and uneven surfaces.
