1st Shift Production Associate

Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $13.00/hour

Job Summary

Join our team as a Production Associate in a food production facility. This position involves handling, preparing, packaging, and processing food products in a refrigerated environment maintained at approximately 32°F. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in cold conditions while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food production, processing, and packaging operations

• Handle, sort, and prepare food products according to company specifications

• Inspect products for quality, consistency, and proper packaging

• Package, label, and organize finished products as needed

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area throughout the shift

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

• Assist with moving and organizing products and materials within the production area

• Work efficiently with team members to meet daily production goals

• Follow all company policies and supervisor instructions

Requirements

• Ability to work in a cold storage environment maintained at approximately 32°F

• Non-slip shoes are required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to safely lift and move products and materials as needed

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Previous food production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

Work Environment

This position takes place in a refrigerated food production facility with temperatures around 32°F. Employees must be comfortable working in cold conditions for extended periods and wear appropriate clothing for the environment. Non-slip shoes are mandatory.
