General Labor – Logistics Warehouse

Midway Staffing is hiring General Labor associates for a logistics company! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, packing, and preparing products for shipment.

Location: Waddell, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Duties:

• Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Band, wrap, and secure products for safe transportation.

• Palletize products and organize materials for shipping and storage.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and meet daily productivity goals.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.

• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.

• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and work overtime as needed.
