Job Description – Warehouse Order Selector / Picker

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1:00 PM until work is completed
Work Environment: Cold / Refrigerated Warehouse

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals with previous warehouse selecting and picking experience. Candidates must be comfortable working in a cold environment and performing physical warehouse duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately select and pick orders according to customer requirements.

• Load and unload trucks and shipments.

• Organize and prepare orders for shipping.

• Verify product quantities and order accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse selecting or order picking experience required.

• Experience loading and unloading merchandise.

• Must be comfortable working in a cold or refrigerated environment.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift.

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

• Must be flexible with end times, as the shift ends when all work is completed.
