Shipping & Receiving Clerk – 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing shipments, receiving incoming materials, verifying order accuracy, and maintaining an organized and efficient shipping and receiving area.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19.35/hour

Duties

• Prepare and assemble customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, packaged, and organized.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse organization.
• Operate warehouse equipment and assist with daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Requirements

• English required; bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and/or certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping and inventory systems.
• Strong verbal English communication skills to understand training, follow instructions, and communicate effectively regarding daily tasks.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to load trailers and work in varying temperatures, including hot summer and cold winter conditions.
• Positive attitude with a can-do mindset.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity standards.
• Ability to work the scheduled second-shift hours of 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM.

Additional Expectations

• Live loads are limited to volume/dedicated loads only.
• All trailers must be fully completed at least 30 minutes before their scheduled pickup time.
