Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overview:

A Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are picked, packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment according to company standards. This position involves working in a warehouse or distribution center, maintaining inventory accuracy, and meeting daily productivity and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all duties
? Clearly and accurately recording information on documents and in software applications
? Regularly lifting and carrying items that weigh 35-40 pounds and occasionally up to 51 lbs. This sometimes is at shoulder height.
? Operating small machines including pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, binders, etc
? Using tools including box cutters, tape guns and dispensers, staplers, etc
? Loading, unloading, and pushing/pulling a cart or pallet (with jack) weighing up to 1500 lbs
? Stuffing and sealing envelopes, building boxes, collating material, inserting material, and preparing material for shipment
? Performs all other duties as assigned
? Anticipates problems, catches errors, and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time as well as communities on ways to improve quality and productivity

Qualifications:

Required:

? High School Diploma or GED
? Physical strength and stamina, as you may be required to move objects from one place to another as well endurance as sometimes you will walk/stand for up to 8 hours
? Reading, understanding, and following written and verbal instructions
? Attention to detail for reading orders, finding the right items, and following order instruction
? Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED

• Familiarity with shipping documents
  
   

• Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, hands-on role

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance

• Flexible scheduling may be required at some sites
