1st shift Mechanic – Hose Manufacturing

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mechanic to support operations in a hose manufacturing environment. This role focuses on basic maintenance, machine adjustments, and assisting with troubleshooting to keep production running efficiently.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime on Fridays as needed
Pay Rate: $15/hour + $1 attendance incentive
Training (First 2 Weeks)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on hose manufacturing machines
Assist machine operators with equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
Change and adjust meters, spoon rollers, and other machine components
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments
Help maintain equipment efficiency and minimize downtime
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:
Must have own toolbox
Reliable transportation required
Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
