General Labor

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as General Labor.  In this role, you will support production duties and general warehouse tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Location: Hobart, IN
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Duties:

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments in a safe and timely manner
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing of products
• Support shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming/outgoing items
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime, including Saturdays as needed
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
