Machine Operators (2nd Shift) – Woodstock, IL

Location: Woodstock, IL
Shift: Monday – Friday
Hours: 3:05 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: $20.50/hr
Increase to $25.70/hr after 90 days based on performance
Overtime available and required after 2 weeks

Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Machine Operators to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on safely operating equipment, maintaining product quality, and ensuring consistent production flow.

Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and control production machinery
Start and stop equipment and clear minor jams when needed
Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
Ensure proper product flow and maintain quality standards
Conduct routine checks throughout the production process
Follow all GMP, safety, and quality procedures at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support overall production efficiency and team goals

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Machine Operator experience
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Comfortable working around machinery and production lines
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Open to working overtime as required

Work Environment
Manufacturing setting with active production lines and moving equipment
May include wet floors, moderate temperatures, and repetitive tasks
Requires standing, bending, and consistent physical activity
