Forklift Operator LTO

Job Title: Forklift Operator (LTO – Propane)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), including every other weekend

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators (LTO) to support our operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for safely operating a propane-powered forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a propane sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from trucks and production lines
• Transport materials to and from storage, staging, and production areas
• Perform inventory checks and ensure product accuracy
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, including propane tank checks and replacements
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a propane forklift required
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night) and every other weekend
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Experience working in temperature-controlled or cold environments
