Litho Press Operator 

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining lithographic printing press to produce high-quality printed material to meet production and quality standards. 

Location: Bridgeview, IL 
Schedule: 1st and 2nd 
Pay rate: $28/hr-$37/hr Depending on experience

Duties:

• Set up and operate lithographic press according to job specifications, including plates, ink and coatings. 
• Perform make readies, color matching and press adjustments to quality standards
• Troubleshoot press , quality  or material issues 
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of press operator experience 
• Prior experience with Komori is a plus 
• Understanding of inks, paper stocks, coatings, and color matching processes, with the ability to maintain high-quality output throughout production runs
• Proven ability to inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and defects, ensuring all jobs meet customer and company standards
