Warehouse Associate – Sample Fulfillment

Job Summary:
Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support sample fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term career growth and company benefits. This role is responsible for picking, packing, receiving, and replenishing inventory while maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards. Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.

Location: Fairfield
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM -5:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.25/hr
Position Type: Direct Hire
Interviews: In Person

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and process sample orders accurately and efficiently
• Meet daily productivity and service level goals
• Receive inbound inventory and stock materials in designated locations
• Replenish inventory to support fulfillment operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow 5S workplace standards (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate with leadership
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
