Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support fulfillment and distribution operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term career growth and company benefits. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and replenishing wallcovering products while maintaining quality, productivity, and service standards. Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Location: Fairfield
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00/hr
Position Type: Direct Hire
Interviews: In Person

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer wallcovering and sample orders accurately and efficiently
• Meet daily productivity goals and service level expectations (SLAs)
• Receive inbound inventory and stock materials in designated locations
• Maintain order accuracy, product quality, and shipping standards
• Support process improvements to enhance workflow and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet operational goals
• Support additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs as needed
• Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills required
• English speaking and reading proficiency required
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, order picker, or reach truck experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
