Fulfillment Associate

Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Overview:
This role supports daily order fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, and processing shipments. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard procedures
• Use scanners, computers, and labeling equipment to complete tasks
• Verify order accuracy and maintain attention to detail
• Assist with inventory tracking and documentation
• Operate equipment such as order pickers or similar machinery (if trained)
• Report any equipment or system issues to leadership
• Support team goals and adapt to changing daily needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Entry-level friendly; warehouse experience is a plus
• Comfortable using basic technology and warehouse equipment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and reliability

Physical Requirements & Environment:

• Regular standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs, occasionally more)
• Warehouse setting with active equipment and production workflow
