Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate (Operator Level 2)

Location: North Las Vegas, NV 89115
Shift: 1st Shift 8 am to 5 pm 
Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hr

Overview:

This role supports advanced warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Operator Level 2 is responsible for independently running machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production efficiency. This position works across multiple teams including production, shipping, receiving, and packaging while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging & Production Operations

• Operate production machines independently with advanced understanding of equipment and safety procedures
• Monitor production output and ensure optimal machine performance
• Support machine changeovers and assist with setup as needed
• Pack finished products to customer specifications and quality standards

Quality & Troubleshooting

• Perform detailed quality checks to ensure products meet all specifications
• Inspect bags for handles, reinforcements, and proper construction
• Ensure finished goods are properly labeled prior to palletizing
• Identify and troubleshoot basic production or quality issues
• Report and escalate any production or quality concerns immediately

Warehouse & Facility Operations

• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, workstations, and warehouse spaces
• Handle waste, recycling, and ensure proper disposal procedures
• Support inventory handling and movement of materials as needed

Productivity & Efficiency

• Meet or exceed production targets and operational speeds
• Complete accurate production records and documentation
• Communicate with supervisors to clarify priorities and production needs

Teamwork & Operational Support

• Provide support to other machines or production lines when needed
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Take initiative in cleaning, maintenance, and operational support tasks

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Ensure proper and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Report hazards, unsafe behaviors, or incidents immediately

Qualifications:

• Previous experience using a sit-down forklift required (certification preferred)
• 1–3+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Basic mechanical understanding and troubleshooting ability
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet production targets in a high-volume environment
• Basic English communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a drug screen/background check

Work Environment:

• Warehouse/manufacturing setting (not climate-controlled)
• Exposure to varying temperatures, including heat during summer months
• Requires standing, lifting, and working around machinery
• Heavy lifting required following proper procedures
• Required PPE: safety footwear, hi-vis vest, safety glasses, hearing protection
• May include early starts, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
