Job Summary:

Midway Staffing is hiring motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Reno, NV. This role offers hands-on work building advanced electromechanical products in a clean, organized, and team-oriented environment. Location: Reno, NV 89521
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using tools, work instructions, and diagrams
• Perform production tasks to meet daily schedules and output goals
• Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure product accuracy and consistency
• Handle materials including receiving, staging, and moving components as needed
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
• Complete production documentation and track progress accurately
• Identify and report defects or issues to maintain high-quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors on production status

Requirements / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly environments is a plus
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow all safety guidelines
