Production Associate

Job Summary:
Seeking dependable and hardworking Material Packers / Production Associates to support manufacturing and production operations in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity offers consistent scheduling and the ability to grow within a team-oriented setting. This role is responsible for inspecting products for quality, packaging materials accurately, maintaining production counts, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Schedule Available & Pay Rates:

• Days C Crew – SG5 New Line: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 2-2-3 Schedule | $18.00/hr
• Days A Crew – FFMT: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 2-2-3 Schedule | $18.00/hr
• Nights D Crew – Line 1: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule | $19.00/hr

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package materials according to customer and production requirements
• Maintain accurate counts and complete required paperwork
• Stack finished products onto pallets and prepare for shipment
• Assist with general housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
• Perform quality checks and report non-conforming products
• Support line operators during setups, wash-ups, and production startups
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain productivity standards and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily goals
• Support additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 45 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and remain active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Work Environment:

• Exposure to moving equipment and machinery
• Warehouse/manufacturing temperatures may exceed 90°F with high humidity
• Noise levels may exceed 85dB
• PPE required in designated areas
• Overtime may be required based on business demands
