1st Shift Shear Operator

Shear Operator

We are seeking a skilled Shear Operator to support metal fabrication and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating shear equipment or similar machinery and be comfortable working in a production-driven setting.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Mon - Fri | 5 AM - 1:30 PM
Pay rate: $19 - $22/hr

Duties:

• Operate shear machines to cut metal materials to specification
• Read and follow work orders and production instructions
• Measure materials and ensure accuracy of cuts
• Perform basic machine setup and routine maintenance checks
• Move materials and support overall production flow

Requirements:

• Previous shear operator or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
