Operator II – Bindery

We are currently hiring for an Operator II – Bindery position in a fast-paced fulfillment and printing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of multiple bindery machines while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and customer deadlines are met.

Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $23.00 an hour

Duties:

• Operate, set up, and manage multiple bindery machines simultaneously
• Perform equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure production goals and customer delivery deadlines are achieved while meeting KPI standards
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate documentation for machine downtime and performance

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a printing or bindery environment
• Strong knowledge of bindery equipment operation, setup, and maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot production and equipment issues effectively
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy materials
