Job Description

Assembly Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Pingree Grove, IL
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Summary
We are hiring Assembly Operators to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on running scheduled jobs, monitoring product quality, and keeping machines supplied to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run production jobs as scheduled
  • Monitor parts during production to ensure quality standards (Q.A.) are met
  • Perform visual inspections and identify defects
  • Label cartons accurately and prepare finished goods for shipment
  • Replenish automatic machines with materials as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and production procedures
  • Report any issues with parts or equipment to leadership

Qualifications

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
