NOW HIRING: ENTRY-LEVEL PRODUCTION LEAD

Location: Pingree Grove, IL
Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are hiring a dependable Entry-Level Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production experience who is ready to develop leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Previous formal leadership experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor with daily production operations.
• Help assign employees to workstations.
• Communicate production goals and work instructions.
• Train and support new employees.
• Monitor workflow and help keep the team on task.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure employees follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Report staffing, quality, material, or equipment concerns.
• Complete basic production documentation.
• Assist with production work when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or machine-operation experience is preferred.
• Strong attendance and dependability.
• Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and work with different personalities.
• Basic math, reading, and documentation skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
• Flexibility to train on another shift if required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
