Repack / General Warehouse Worker – 1st Shift
Bentonville, AR | $18/hr
We’re hiring dependable, organized warehouse workers to support daily operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Repack finished parts into boxes per customer specs (tape, label, palletize)
- Ensure product quality before shipping
- Labeling compliance & basic quality checks
- Pallet work (case picking, stretch wrap/unwrap, staging)
- Verify pick sheets & BOLs match loads
- Assist with inventory counts and moving pallets
- Maintain a clean, safe work area (sanitation/janitorial tasks)
- Other warehouse duties as assigned (forklift use may be required)
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ year of related warehouse experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, reliable, able to work under deadlines
- Basic math & computer skills
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- English required; Spanish preferred
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed
