Location: Mount Prospect, IL
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machinery and produce quality parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read work instructions and measurements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and parts from machines.
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.
- Identify defects, machine issues, or quality concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Meet daily production and quality requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Age 18+
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong physical stamina
Preferred:
- Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
