Warehouse Operations Supervisor

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor oversees the inbound and outbound movement of EV Packs within the warehouse. This role is responsible for managing the team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and smooth warehouse operations.

Location: Conyers, GA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift
Pay rate: $19 - $22/hr

Duties:

• Supervise and train shipping and receiving personnel, set performance expectations, and ensure accountability.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, track aging inventory, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Oversee the picking, packing, and loading of outgoing orders, as well as the unloading, sorting, and logging of incoming deliveries.

• Ensure shipping and receiving documents, including Bills of Lading and packing slips, are accurately completed and processed.

• Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

• Work with carriers to resolve issues involving damaged goods or incorrect quantities and file claims as needed.

• Enforce company policies and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment and ensure product safety.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills and ability to use computer systems for tracking and inventory.

• Ability to drive a forklift.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
