Inventory Control Associate

Join Midway Staffing and become part of a team supporting EV battery production and inventory operations. We are looking for a dependable and organized Inventory Control Associate to assist with inventory, orders, customer communication, and administrative tasks.

Location: Conyers, GA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay rate: $18.00-$18.50/hr

Duties:

• Maintain and reconcile inventory records and reports

• Perform inventory and cycle counts

• Monitor and maintain required inventory stock levels

• Process battery and component orders

• Communicate with customers and internal teams by phone, email, and other platforms

• Assist with logistics, production planning, and order processing

• Enter and maintain inventory and customer information

• Address customer questions and concerns and escalate issues when needed

• Provide updates during team meetings

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with inventory, production planning, or administrative work preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Customer service and problem-solving skills

• Good attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
