Production Scheduler & Planner
We are seeking a dependable and organized Production Scheduler & Planner to coordinate daily and weekly manufacturing activities within a fast-paced food production environment.
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay rate: $26.00/hr,
Duties:

Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.

Coordinate production based on customer orders, inventory, staffing, equipment, and material availability.

Review production requirements and identify material shortages or potential delays.

Create, review, and maintain manufacturing work orders.

Communicate production priorities and schedule changes with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and other departments.

Monitor production progress, finished goods inventory, and upcoming customer demand.

Adjust schedules based on customer priorities, equipment availability, staffing, QA holds, or material availability.

Help reduce downtime, material shortages, scheduling conflicts, and last-minute changes.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, planning, inventory, warehouse operations, or a related field.

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Ability to identify problems and communicate them before they impact production.

Food manufacturing experience and NetSuite/ERP experience preferred.
