Customer Service Rep

Midway Staffing is hiring a motivated, dependable Customer Service Representative to support a manufacturer in the foodservice industry! If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a collaborative environment, apply today.

Location: Waukegan, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25/hr 
Work Environment: Office setting

Duties:

• Respond to customer and sales team inquiries by phone and email with timely, friendly, and accurate assistance.

• Process customer orders and returns and provide product information.

• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to expedite orders and resolve customer concerns.

• Maintain accurate customer information and detailed records in the CRM system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of customer service experience; manufacturing or business-to-business experience preferred.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Comfortable using order processing and CRM systems.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional approach to workplace interactions.

• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work outside the standard schedule when needed.

• Follow all safety regulations and complete required ongoing training.
