Job Description

Midway Staffing is hiring motivated and dependable individuals for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Waukegan, IL! If you take pride in keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe, apply today.

Location: Waukegan, IL
Employment Type: Temporary to permanent
Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20/hour depending on experience 

Duties:

  • Keep production and work areas clean and organized.

  • Operate the compactor and floor scrubber.

  • Empty large garbage bins.

  • Salt and shovel sidewalks as needed.

  • Sweep floors and perform heavy-duty cleaning.

  • Complete other cleaning and production support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to read and write in English.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

  • Good work history and dependable attendance.
