Sample Manufacturing Associate – Temporary Part-Time

Pay: $19.25/hour
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Hours: Flexible scheduling between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM
Assignment Duration: Through December 18
Interview: No interview required; resume must be reviewed and approved prior to placement

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sample Manufacturing Associate to support our Sample Manufacturing department on a temporary, part-time basis. This position requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in scheduling between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain and clean equipment as needed.
• Manually glue Phillip Jeffries samples while meeting daily production goals.
• Count, label, and maintain inventory of supplies and headers.
• Ensure all materials are properly stored in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate sample inventory and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist the Sample Manufacturing Assistant Manager with various tasks and projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Experience with WMS systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements
