Sample Manufacturing Associate – Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $19.25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Alternative Schedule: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM may be available on a case-by-case basis
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Sample Manufacturing Associate to join our Sample Manufacturing department on a full-time, temp-to-hire basis.
The ideal candidate is someone who follows instructions carefully, maintains strong attention to detail, and is comfortable learning to operate manufacturing equipment. Previous machine operating experience is not required, as training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manually glue Phillip Jeffries samples while meeting daily production goals, with an expected output of approximately 200 samples per hour.
- Select master samples according to daily picking lists and provide them to machine operators as needed.
- Accurately refile master samples at the end of each shift and upon completion of sample runs.
- Receive incoming products and properly store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Become cross-trained on the guillotine and other equipment as needed.
- Assist with sample gluing and other related production tasks.
- Operate equipment safely and effectively following training and established procedures.
- Maintain and clean all necessary equipment.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Assist the Sample Manufacturing Assistant Manager with additional tasks as assigned.

- Experience with WMS systems is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to learn how to operate manufacturing equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50–100 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
