Record Center Specialist

Midway Staffing is hiring Record Center Specialists in Kent, WA. This is a physically active position focused on handling, organizing, and moving records and storage materials in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Kent, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Duties:

• Move, arrange, lift, and load boxes, bins, totes, and records weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Process incoming and outgoing orders and organize records according to established procedures.
• Use hand carts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners, and computer systems to track and move materials.
• Load and shrink-wrap pallets and safely load materials onto trucks.
• Read labels and accurately locate and process boxes and records.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. independently and regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, stoop, twist, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Ability to read and write English and follow instructions.
• Ability to work safely on concrete, uneven surfaces, inclines, and stairs.
• Protective safety-toe footwear with slip-resistant rating is required.
