Quality Assurance
Midway Staffing is seeking motivated and dependable workers to join our team. This versatile position offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our production plant operations, if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop your skills in a growing company, we want to hear from you!
Location: Decatur AR
Schedule 5:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: $12 to $14
Responsibilities include:
• Perform in process inspections.
• Perform first article inspections.
• Perform operational testing and visual inspections on parts/assemblies.
• Perform dimensional inspections on manufactured components.
• Record inspection data onto reporting documents as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Able to communicate and work well with others
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use simple and test equipment to set up and run tests, to set priorities with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of hand tools used for dimensional inspections (caliper, micrometer, thread gauges, etc.)
• General knowledge of quality assurance/quality control function
• Some heavy lifting could be required (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to read & interpret documents (Blueprints)
