General Labor – Kenosha, WI

1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $15.00/hour + Possible $2 Weekly Incentive

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This position supports manufacturing and production operations through hands-on work, material handling, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general production and manufacturing tasks

• Support production line workflow and daily production goals

• Load and unload materials and parts

• Use basic equipment and hand tools as needed

• Package finished products and components

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE

• Meet production and quality standards

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Pay: $15.00/hour

• Possible Weekly Incentive: Additional $2/hour based on eligibility and requirements
