General Labor / Production Associate

Location: Bloomingdale, IL
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Description

We are currently hiring General Labor / Production Associates for a baking production facility in Bloomingdale, IL. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and overtime available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack, label, and prepare baked goods for shipment.

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machines.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Load and unload products from production lines.

• Assist with machine operations and production tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines.

• Meet daily production goals.

Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable operating or learning to operate production machinery.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
